Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the 999pkr platform. Creating multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.
At registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and a valid email address. You undertake to update this information promptly if it changes.
999pkr reserves the right to require KYC verification at any time, including at registration, at withdrawal request, and in connection with any suspected fraudulent activity. KYC documentation may include, but is not limited to, a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
Account credentials — including your password and OTP codes — are strictly personal and must not be shared with any third party. 999pkr will never request your password via any channel. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you.
All transactions on the 999pkr platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Bank Alfalah transfer. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete and in good standing. 999pkr reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method; mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, Easypaisa) are typically processed within a shorter timeframe than bank transfers.
Players may only withdraw funds that have been lawfully deposited and genuinely wagered. Deposits made with the intention of withdrawal without genuine gaming activity constitute a violation of these Terms and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture.
999pkr reserves the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity. In such circumstances, 999pkr may be required to report the matter to relevant authorities without notifying the Player.
999pkr may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to Players. The availability, eligibility criteria, and specific terms of each promotional offer (including applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and minimum odds) are set out in the individual promotion terms published on the 999pkr platform at the time the promotion is active.
Bonus funds are credited to a Player's Bonus Balance and are kept separate from the Real Money Balance until applicable wagering requirements are fully satisfied. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only the resulting real money proceeds following completion of wagering requirements are withdrawable, subject to any maximum withdrawal cap specified in the promotion terms.
999pkr reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotional offer at any time without notice. Promotional abuse — including, but not limited to, creating multiple Accounts, using third-party software to exploit offers, or engaging in coordinated bonus abuse — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
All Wagers placed on the 999pkr platform are final and binding once confirmed. 999pkr will not cancel or reverse a Wager at the Player's request except in circumstances where 999pkr determines, in its sole discretion, that a manifest error has occurred (including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect prize tables, or technical malfunction).
In the event of a manifest error, 999pkr reserves the right to void affected Wagers and refund stakes to the Player's Real Money Balance. 999pkr's determination of whether a manifest error has occurred is final and binding.
For sports betting markets, Wagers are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. 999pkr's settled odds and rules specific to each sport are published within the sportsbook section of the platform and form part of these Terms by incorporation.
Maximum bet limits apply to all game categories and individual markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface or market. 999pkr reserves the right to impose individual Player stake limits at any time without explanation.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 999pkr platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

All content on the 999pkr platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and database structures — is the exclusive intellectual property of 999pkr or its licensed content providers. No licence to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any 999pkr intellectual property is granted to Players by these Terms or by the act of using the platform.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 999pkr platform solely for their personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to scrape, frame, mirror, or systematically extract data from the platform.
999pkr collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately on the 999pkr platform and incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
999pkr implements technical and organisational security measures to protect Player data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and 999pkr cannot guarantee absolute security. Players are responsible for maintaining the security of their Account credentials.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 999pkr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the 999pkr platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
999pkr's total liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
999pkr does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
999pkr reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via the registered email address or via a notice displayed on the platform. Continued use of the platform following notification of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Players who do not accept amended Terms must cease using the platform and may request Account closure and withdrawal of their Real Money Balance in accordance with Section 5.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which 999pkr holds its operational licence. In the event of any dispute between a Player and 999pkr, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through informal negotiation via the 999pkr support team.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by the relevant licensing authority. 999pkr's decision on all matters within its operational discretion (including game outcome disputes, bonus determinations, and Account status decisions) is final and binding, subject only to any mandatory statutory rights applicable in the Player's jurisdiction.
Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer in your jurisdiction of residence.
